Every summer educators from Israel join our staff with the objectives of strengthening Jewish identity and our connection to Israel. Activities include geography, history, games, songs, dances, holidays, customs, the Hebrew language and more.
In order to make all of our schlichim’s experience a most rewarding one, we invite camp families to host them for a five-week period. Your hosting them will provide a home away from home, and children in hosting families will also feel a special closeness to their “adopted sibling”.
If you are interested in hosting any of these individuals, all of whom are non-smokers, please contact the camp office. Even if you choose not to host a shaliach, you may still want to invite them over for dinner one evening.
